Together, we create space to better understand yourself—what energises you, what depletes you, the patterns that keep you stuck, and the inner wisdom that helps you navigate life with greater clarity, self-trust, joy, and a deeper sense of direction.
The intention is to reconnect with yourself by slowing down and learning the language of your body—understanding its signals, becoming aware of your inner patterns, and reconnecting with your inner truth.

Four-Week Online Experience to restore your body
A restorative experience for seasons when life feels overwhelming, demanding, or simply too full.
La Pause was created for those longing to slow down, breathe more deeply, and feel at home within themselves again. Rather than focusing on inner work, this experience invites your body and nervous system first into a state of rest, allowing calm, clarity, and vitality to naturally return.
Together, we create a personalised wellbeing experience centred around what you need most. Through nervous system support, somatic practices, restorative rituals, and intentional self-care, you will discover simple ways to care for yourself that can be gently integrated into everyday life.
The Intention is to feel more rested, more grounded, and more like yourself again.

ABOUT MAISON CALME
A house of calm, where you can return to yourself within the rhythm of everyday life.
Founded by Sarah Bounouira MSc, Maison Calme was born during her first year of motherhood—a season that invited her to slow down, seek calm, and reconnect with what truly mattered.
After more than a decade working in the field of performance and optimization, Sarah gradually moved towards a softer and more integrative approach to wellbeing.
After years of navigating chronic health challenges and pushing through physical and emotional resistance, she realised that what she needed was not to do more, but to pause. To listen. To understand what her body was asking of her.
Through this process, she reconnected with herself, her values, and a more meaningful way of living.
With a background in Performance Psychology and additional training in nervous system regulation, somatic practices, Human Design and holistic wellbeing, Sarah brings together an integrative approach that supports the whole person.
Because it is through calm that we access clarity, self-trust, creativity, and the wisdom already within us.
Maison Calme was created from this belief—a thoughtful and practical approach to nervous system wellbeing, personal growth, and meaningful change. Not through doing more, but through learning to reconnect with yourself, again and again.
